Ipswich CSC have booked the Suffolk One sports hall for indoor training at the following times. Members of all cycle speedway clubs are welcome to attend; please clean your bike and cover your wheel nuts to protect the floor.
Sessions will be £3 per rider. We’ll have some wheel nut covers at £1 per set.
