Mark Carmichael from Horspath retained his British Under 19s individual title at Ipswich today.  Second place went to Ben Mould from East Newport, third to Paul Heard from Birmingham & Horspath.  Having not dropped a point in their first three races the three riders met in the final heat to decide podium places.  Full report to follow.
