Hi All

We are arranging a Club Championship/fun day on Saturday 15th October. This will be for different age groups depending on who enters, but we will be handicapping the races to give everybody a chance of winning a trophy. Les Fellgett has kindly offered to sponsor the trophies should there be enough interest and enough riders.

Can you please let Dave or Cathy Hill know if you wish to enter this by Sunday 9th (Deadline extended to Wednesday 12th October) so that we can get this under way. There will also be some fun races for parents to try there hand, as well as burgers, hot dogs & chips being available on the day.

INDOOR TRAINING

Dave is also looking to arrange to do some indoor training ahead of the British Indoor Championship in Manchester (Dec 2011) in the sports hall of Thurleston High School on Saturdays during November, times to be arranged. If anyone is interested in having a go at indoor racing, could you please let him know asap. We need to get around 20 to 30 riders to make hiring the hall worthwhile. Its a completley different sport to the outdoor track version, extremely fast paced and action packed.
