Ipswich Cycle Speedway Club are looking for riders to come and compete in the inaugural Dave Andrews Memorial on 11th March.

There are two matches on the day, an under-18 and an open, starting at 3 pm and 5 pm respectively. World champion Lukasz Nowacki is confirmed to ride in the open event, but there are still spaces to fill.

Dave Andrews was the club’s first chairman when Ipswich reformed in 2002 and was crucial in building the foundations to push the club on to where it is now. He left the club in 2004 and sadly passed away on the 2nd January and the club feel this would be a fitting tribute.
