Ipswich CSC has booked indoor training sessions at Inspire Suffolk, Lindbergh Road, Ipswich, IP3 9QX.

Sessions will be £5 each, to cover the hall hire. The hall is approx 33m by 22m, so 2/3 the size of Coventry’s hall, and has a 20m x 6m elevated balcony (table tennis and fussball to be confirmed).

Please read this article on setting up your bike for indoor riding:  Get ready for Indoor .  Youngsters can ride indoor on clean outdoor tyres but I’d say slicks are necessary for anyone over 10 (knobbly tyres won’t grip in a hard corner).

All CS riders welcome! The sessions will be on:

November:

• Sat 6th, 10-12pm
• Sun 21st, 1-3pm
• Sun 28th, 1-3pm

December:

• Sat 4th, 10-12pm
• Sat 11th, 10-12pm
• Sun 19th, 1-3pm
